What's included
Every extension is different, but most of ours include the following as standard.
Structural work
Foundations, steelwork, knock-throughs and structural openings, all signed off by building control.
Roofing & glazing
Flat, pitched and vaulted roofs, roof lights, and bi-fold or sliding doors onto the garden.
Kitchens & utility
Kitchen installation, plumbing, electrics and underfloor heating for the new space.
Finishes
Plastering, flooring, decorating and joinery so the new space feels part of the original house.
Party wall & planning
Help with permitted development, planning applications and party wall agreements.
Garden & drainage
Drainage, patios and landscaping to tie the extension into the outside space.
