From a single self-build to a small residential development, Ardor Construction takes new build projects from groundworks to completion. We work closely with your architect and structural engineer, manage the trades and inspections, and keep you informed at every stage.
What's included
On a new build we typically take responsibility for the following.
Groundworks & foundations
Excavation, foundations, drainage and slab, set out and inspected before anything goes up.
Superstructure
Masonry or timber frame, steelwork, floors and roof, built to the engineer’s design.
Weatherproof envelope
Roofing, windows, doors and external finishes to get the building watertight.
First & second fix
Electrics, plumbing, heating, plastering, joinery, kitchens and bathrooms.
Compliance
Building control, warranty inspections and energy performance requirements handled.
External works
Driveways, patios, fencing and landscaping so the house is finished outside as well as in.

A clear, itemised proposal with a realistic programme. No vague allowances.
03. Planning & prep
We coordinate drawings, structural calculations, party wall matters and building control.

One team from strip-out to snagging, with a tidy site and a clean handover.
